New to Tacomas: Lift, Wheel Offset (backspacing), Size

I am new to the Tacomas. Been running jeeps for along time and am familiar with working on their suspensions. My son has a 2019 Tacoma and we are looking to do some work on it. I am looking at a 2" to 3" lift along with wheels and tires. From what I understand, this size lift should enable him to run up to a 33" tire. My questions:

• What would be the proper wheel backspacing/offset required? The wheels we are looking at are 17x9 with -12 offset which I believe is 4.5" backspacing. See any issues with these?
• Confirm tire size that can be run with these kits?
• Feedback on the the following kits?:
  • OME (Old Man Emu) 2-3" kit medium load with UCAs (front and rear shocks, front coils, rear leaf pack)
  • Bilstein 5100 medium duty coils with UCAs and either Icon 1.5" AAL or OME Dakar medium duty leaf pack.
• Feedback on UCAs?:
  • Old Man Emu
  • SPS Adjustable
