New Member Intro

What’s going on y’all, I’m Brian (aka kringle….red beard). Just purchased my new to me 22 Tacoma TRD Off-road in MGM (Manual). This is my 3rd Toyota and second pick up. My first pick-up was the dreaded 94 pick-up. I was 17 and didn’t know any better. I then got a Celica after that as I rear ended a boat in the truck. Not even a week in and I love this truck but needed a little help making it a bit more “classy”. This will be my weekend driver and don’t plan on doing to much to it in regards to aftermarket upgrades. I did weld in an exhaust already that I had in the garage. Mostly just plan on minor cosmetics for this truck for awhile. Plasti dipped the chrome emblems cause I can’t stand chrome. Any ideas about the stock rear bumper? Put in some LEDs in the interior, rain deflectors and RC seat covers. Front leveling kit will be here tomorrow along with smoked tail lights. I may put some bronze TRD wheels in the future as well with some AT shoes. I don’t plan on lifting it cause all it will really see is beach time and it’s a comfy ride.

I am not new to the car/truck scene by any means. I’ve mostly owned Heeps (jeeps) through out my life. My off-road baby is a 02 grand Cherokee sitting on 37” Nitto Mud Grapplers. I also owned 2 04’s and a 13 (lost that to the ex though). After a lot of thought thought i really wanted a manual truck again and this truck fit the bill.
