i guess it is Wednesday already...

my last day at my old job was last friday, taking a week off of being an electrician, and starting as a mechanic next week. but the days are starting to run together!

today is 'fix all the crap i never had time for before' today, i think that means 2 snow blowers get oil changes, and i fix some drink holder stake sticks that were built too cheaply...

I don't know what that means but I can tell you that I absolutely took that above photo sitting on my deck at about 0100CDT this morning.

Always back in at work. Parking lot can be a zoo some times. Makes it easier pulling out.

I'll be the outlier. I pull through or drive in. I find backing in to be an unnecessary complication of my life. :crapstorm:

I have 3 of the downtown lawns caught up, 5 to go. I haven't touched here at home yet... Advantages of not having neighbors.

I'm taking care of a friends lawn while he is away for the winter, the problem is he keeps a @Delta09 quality lawn...

Seeing as most of my mowing is "just knock it down", this one I'm trying to keep looking nice. I actually did the front with the walk mower. :bananadead:

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
I always back into parking spaces .

Over the years a few plants mandated backing in For an emergency evacuation !!

No fighting over vehicles needing to back up.

i just got in the Habit.

Ive got a few coworkers around me with some bad attitudes, complainers, winers, act like they've got it so bad. It hasnt been long enough for me to forget since I was hand digging trenches making far less. Im trying hard to not let the negativity effect my mood.

Yea, there's a few of those in my department. Same ones who are pretty damn lazy too.

No matter what field you work in there are always a few that complain on a constant basis.

That is just there Nature let it flow around and not sink in.

When you may come across them years in the future the very same.

The really interesting part in many cases the point they complained about 2 weeks ago . Now they support 100% .

They just complain what about most often never really matters .

You're right its often the complainers who have the least to complain about.

My wife tells me I bring work home and often worry about things out of my control. I'm trying to be better about that.

As long as I worked for the most home and work always were mixed .

I am sure working out of town was a big part of things being like that.

Then Home time was between jobs so just thinking about what was next was on my mind.

You'll never stop the people from being dumb. But you should leave work at work and home at home and stressing about things you cannot control is bad for your brain.

Next Wednesday I'll be taking some work home with me in the form of getting 2 pork chops for taste testing pork chops.

And provided he signs up for it, my kid might be doing it, too, so more pork chops!
