You may want to add more details to your question - What is your "auxiliary equipment" ??? Very vague description. And, what do you mean by "surges"???

So I’ve installed a 8 switch auxiliary fuse panel with built in relays that all run off my auxiliary battery . Ran off the fuse panel are my off road lights , secondary emergency strobe lights and A ARB air compressor. So what I mean by surge is when I push the start button to fire up the truck just as it starts the lights briefly flash and the air compressor turns on for less than a second .

how is your aux battery connected to your starter battery? the starter battery will have a voltage drop while the starter is engaged which can come across as flickering, but with a second battery usually this can easily be isolated

This sounds like an issue with the fuse panel or built in relays. The only way for the equipment to get powered is for the relays to be on or leaking. What's the brand? Are they mechanical or solid state relays?
