Saturday was new Diff and Transfer case oils

Today is booking a body shop appointment. Neighbour had an "oopsie" pulling in to park in front of me. Her car definitely got the worst of it and she came right over to ring my doorbell and let me know, then followed up with insurance and admitted fault already. Much better than the person who scraped the passenger side front corner at a rest stop and drove off.

Got some more goodies installed from my pile of mods I've been collecting.

Starting wiring in a WeBoost cell booster and installed 400w Anytime with an outlet in the cab.

Also not pictured is the carrier bearing drop I put in to hopefully get rid of my after lift vibrations.

Get an estimate and then speak with your neighbor. It may be better for her to pay directly, and since she is a good human it could be a nice favor rather than her having a claim on her insurance. I've had bumper covers repainted for not a lot of money.

Well just not "yet". Currently working on putting a 392 in our Jeep which isn't letting the Tacoma have any financial love! Tires and the GMRS is all it's getting this year!

Installed a set of Form Lighting tail lights. Quick and easy install and I like that I was able to get rid of all the chrome on the OEM tails. The pic with them on makes the light look a bit orange but they are definitely red :)

I would but since it's minor and no injuries to worry about she can just pay off the claim to our insurance provider (Up in BC so it's all basically 1 provider for claims) and not affect her premiums. Gives us both the security of using insurance and gives her the option to handle it how she chooses which I think is best.

Many places will not patch or repair a tire outside of the two outermost grooves. It may not be leaking or is just real slow. However, It will start at some point. I keep a plug kit in all my cars. Easy buy at Wal Mart or similar. I would plug this but before doing so put soapy water on it. If it is not leaking then pull the nail and if you do not hear a leak put soapy water on it again and fill the hole it left. Watch for awhile. If it does not bubble the item did not penetrate. If it does ream it out and plug it. Or you can just go ahead and push the ream through and then plug. Looking at the picture again, that object may just be in the squared rise of the tread as it looks pretty vertical and on the edge.

Man, I feel a bit basic now after seeing what you've all added recently. Lol

I just installed a rear bumper step and a screen protector.

I didn't notice much glare, before or after. If anything, there's maybe a bit more glare glare now considering the protector is a smooth, glass-like finish instead of the satin/matte finish of the original screen. :notsure:
