    Having my mom here has been so nice and peaceful ❤️ she comes over when I get off work and we just sit and talk until about 9 every night. We don’t even turn on a tv and rarely look at our phones. I’m tired tonight so we’re going to bed a lil bit earlier……

    It is!!! Idk how much after this week I will be in there, but the fella in that position is going on vacation the end of July. He’s been doing it 3 months and said he is just now starting to get comfortable :oops: idk how I’m gonna be able to fill in unless my manager lets me go to that dept to train more. The problem is, my job is a specialty position and my manager doesn’t want to give me up cuz not many people can do my job. In fact, he said no to me cross training and the maintenance ops manager went above his head to get approval to take me.

    I get bored easy…. I’m cross trained in the receiving office as well. That manager also wanted me to continue to fill in when needed after I got the position I’m in now. My manager said no then too, but thst manager accepted the answer. The maintenance ops manger did not take no for an answer.
