Royal Purple 0W-20 EO & 75W-90 MAX GEAR OIL

I’m new to this forum. I own a 2019 Tacoma TRD Sport Automatic 4X4. Does anyone else use Royal Purple in their 3rd Gen Tacoma? I just bought Engine oil & Gear oil for Diffs..

 

If you think your hard earned money is being well spent and your getting your money's worth... then that's great. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

But the majority here will tell you your money is better spent on other things and boutique oil is not worth the cheddar.

 

Basically, its overkill. If thats what you want, then it's good. Make sure to leave it in for 10,000miles though, get the most out of it.

 

To the point of 10k miles and getting the most out of your RP. I've got oil analysis of Mobil 1 FS still having additive left after 11k miles.
