I have factory roof rails and Thule crossbars with a Hullavator pro kayak carrier on my 2022 Taco. I'd like to get a second Hullavator up there but was wondering if there could be issues with this?
First time here so be nice please!

Those aero bars are limited in widths, so you can’t get longer ones to fit the truck like you could with the older Thule square bars and their Crossroad 450 foot pack.

Are you worried about weight or distance between them????

If distance, take the rear one off and try it on the front driver's side while the passenger front is still on.

I'd be willing to get wider bars if available but i am concerned about weight. The toyota rack has a 100lb weight limit but im not using the fold out bars, just the rails of the rack to attach the thule bars. The Hullavator is 40lb and the kayak is 42lb but id like to have 2 hullavators for 2 kayaks.

Sorry can't help on the weight issue. I have Yakima bars that attach by clips to the door frames along with 'J' hooks. 2 Kayaks have been no problem for me, but a totally different set up.
