Second misfire this week

    This week has been rough for my tacoma. I switched out the starter earlier the next week. The following day my battery completely died on me. Two days ago there was a misfire cylinder 3 which was fixed by switching out the ignition coil and today I turned it on and cylinder 1 began to misfire. I am planning on switching out the spark plugs and ignition coil for cylinder 1. What else should I be checking on. Thanks in advance
