    Primarily, it is either conservation (endangered species monitoring, land management for conservation values, wildlife corridor stuff like new crossings, etc) or capital projects (assess project impacts on bio ressources, minimize where feasible, aquire permits, comply with permits, deal with reg agencies, etc).
