3rd Generation Dealer Service Recommedation

I have a 2018 4WD SR5 DC V6 with approximately 65k miles.
Have had dealer service since new and have changed engine oil every 5K.
I looking at longer milage service items such as a plug change and have been suprised at costs of a 60K service that have been over $2K. I see alot of services that are not required per the manual at the 6OK service increment included in the local dealers 60K mile services. I live in the East Bay (Alameda) and would appreciate recommendations who can provide straight prices for listed 60K services such as a V6 plug chage? Besides a particular dealer, if you have had good experiences with a particular service writer I would appreciate your recommendation!

I'm not in your area, but a V6 spark plug change is going for $519.95.

Btw, the plugs in the 3rd gen are iridium so they should be good for at least 100k miles.
