There may be an adapter you can get to make it work with the factory satellite antenna. It won't work as is though.

I was lazy and just used the antenna that came with with it when I put an aftermarket headunit in haha.

Late response, but I used the below item to connect the factory antenna to my Sirius SC-C1 without problems.

The factory antenna wire is on the driver's side kick panel
