Well, the compressors come with 150 ml (a little over 5oz of oil). And then the manual says this:

2007. 2010 should be pretty close within 0.5 oz.

from 2008 to 2009 they went up 0.5 so yes they are close, i think the 150 ml on the sticker is the amount for the whole system

It may be. Manual isn't definitive but it can be read as "if you replace just the condenser, install new one with 1.4oz of oil since that is what may have been in the old one". I read it as 5oz+1.4+1.4. Not 100% sure what the correct answer is.

where is the best place to add oil ? i was thinking the suction line before the compressor, the compressor comes with 140 cc + or - 10 cc of oil so i need to add 25 to 30 cc, but the EVAP is staying so i guessing i need to subtract 41 cc for that

    Are you rebuilding the system?

I usually put it all in the compressor when I rebuild a system, you just have to remember to rotate the compressor clutch a few revolutions after you connect the lines to clear the cylinders and prevent hydro-locking it on initial startup.

Make sure you pull a good vacuum on it when your done before you charge it and don't use that refrigerant with stop leak in it, I've seen too many A/C systems killed by that stuff.
