    Way off topic for "Whatever", but I went to my primary care doc today, and Woooohhooooo, My A1C was 6.1 which made him and me very happy. No diabetes meds for me. Plus I've lost 25 lbs since last July, and no more blood pressure meds. This is the first Dr. visit I've had in a very long time with good news. There was one teeny tiny bit of blah news. I'm officially becoming the incredible shrinking man. I now only stand 5' 5.1" tall. Which means I've lost over 2 inches in height since my first back surgery. Going to have to talk to the Neurosurgeon next time I see him, and see what he as to say about this.
