    I was always comfortable with him driving. He just decided he didn't want to anymore shortly after my grandmother passed away. Best case scenario..he chose.

    This makes me think of all those who pull up in a space until they hit the curb or sidewalk (while scrapping the underside of car) so, that their vehicle blocks half the sidewalk or grass that needs mowed.

    I think so Alan, my FIL still safely behind the wheel at 94 and plays golf three times a week. He does try to avoid night driving unless absolutely necessary
