Just got a response - they are projecting mine will ship around the middle of next week which would put me at 4.5 to 5 weeks order to ship time. No complaints here.

@CaliRaisedLed - Any insight on the above would be appreciated.

Has anyone installed these on a Taco with a manual gearbox? Any Pictures?

Is it a matter of having to add a bit more metal to cover additional access due to the smaller MT housing?

Seeing the Auto gearbox Pictures, I'll have to crawl under there and have a look to mentally compare.

    Thanks!

All these "issues" and still no four-cylinder version. Time to go with another vendor.

What @CaliRaisedLed told me is that the passenger side catalytic converter is still relatively exposed. Driver's side is fine with the current design for us MT folks. It looks like adding a bit more metal would do the trick though. Here's hoping they see the business case for it and design one for our passenger side :fingerscrossed:

Has anyone had an issue with both shields making contact with the support bars? The shields are pushed up and installed as high as I could push them but they still contact the bars on both sides. @CaliRaisedLed

I did mine about two weeks ago, yes they make contact, after a test drive on a rough road and revving the engine (in neutral) no problem, its so tight that a pry bar cant slip in. Don't worry, its okay!

Also, yes, especially after I tweaked the bend near the U-joint/driveshaft on the driver’s side. After a couple of weeks of various driving conditions, zero problems.

As for the Buena Park location, I bet that is Caliraised Offroad, not @CaliRaisedLed. Two different companies. They were partnered at one time, but the Offroad group was not representing the brand well, so LED dropped them. Something in the legalese prevented them from taking the name with them, but Caliraised offroad is not the same company.

Tacomabeast partnered with caliraised. They’re caliraised shields with the Tacomabeast logo. They still came in a caliraised box with their info card and everything.

Here is my honest opinion of these. We did a 1700 mile road trip in just 4 days. We took mostly 2 lane roads. Denver to Flagstaff to Grand Canyon to Sedona to Williams to Gran Canyon to Durango to Denver. We had no rattles or anything! The only way you would know that these are on my truck is if you crawl under it! Great product!

A big Thank You to CenCal805 for the donation. Got them modified and fitted to my M/T truck. No fitment problems.
