We are in the same boat, 6-12+ month lead times. We’ve invested millions,,, nearly 10 million in inventory, and some whistledick will tell us we’re too high on price,,,, “mmkay, let me know what you find, I’ll tear up the quote and re quote on your return.

Sure, are they quoting you 4-7 week lead time? I'm fine with the timeline if they're upfront about it. I would've spent my money elsewhere.

Your fastest bet is going to be getting a coastal offroad kit and getting a buddy or finding a shop to weld it for you. Supposedly they ship them in a couple days since they're just kits, so if you have a local fab shop, hopefully they could get you taken care of pretty quick.

I was looking at some of their kits. The only shop in town that does welding is probably a month or two out on projects at this point so I'd need to figure that out. Any experience with them?

No, but I plan on building one of their high clearance rears this summer. There's a thread dedicated to coastal offroad on here you can check out. They'll probably have some good info for you. Depending on your location, there might be some TW people willing to weld up a bumper for you.

Well as an update to the thread... Victory called me today and found my bumper. Apparently it had got sent to powder coating by accident (ordered bare metal) and had been sitting in the back of the warehouse with no info on it. Everything looks great and we're scheduled to get in to the shop Tuesday. Thanks for all the recommendations and walking me back off the edge.
