PO456 help

    I have a 2003 tacoma prerunner. Bought it brand new and I am getting the PO456 code for the first time. I had a smoke test done that showed no leaks. I replaced the gas cap, reset the code and just under 100 miles later the check engine light came back on. Just about every part on the truck is still original. What would you all suggest I replace next to correct the code?
