I just wanted to share a roof rack I made. The goal was to fit through the garage door with the tent on. I ended up dropping the tires to 5psi but it works.

There are a couple ugly 3d printed parts on right now while I wait for some new laser cut brackets to come in. Each bar is 4feet long and mounted on the ends and the middle so I was able to get away with a much thinner rail. I did the maths, and the deflection is good with 225lbs on each corner.
