Hey all, probably a future Tacoma owner here.

currently own a 22 Honda Civic touring and a 2010 Nissan Frontier pro-4x. my frontier just hit 160k miles and I had to do the timing chains so now that that's done I am probably going to trade both in for a '23 or '24 tacoma

You have a hard decision to make considering the 24 is a new generation.
Most guys here will probably say to get a 23 as it is the last year of the 3rd gen and all the kinks have been worked out. Generally speaking the first year of most all make and models have a few of those kinks to deal with. I'm sure you'll be happy with your decision either way:thumbsup:

Yea I am going to wait for the 2024 model to come out and see if I like the drive train the styling looks super good so far.

With the 3rd gen there was not many kinks right? Just the trans shifting issue anything else?
