Has anyone tried Dalmore Cigar Malt? Worth the price tag of 160?

How’s the 12 compared to the FP? Man would I love to find a bottle. $12 is absurd for both of those.

Maybe. More data needed. The whole palate thing caused me to pass up an Ezra 7 year Rye yesterday, maybe for the better though.

The longer the wait, the better the high when you finally score!

Love wheaters, stumbled across a bottle of barrel proof and am enjoying it.

I went to the store yesterday looking to get some grain alcohol; this was the cheapest one they had.
    241AD9B0-6990-4FA3-B6C2-2EDFA82BEB73.jpg
I ended up also coming home with some more Chatt Whiskey. This stuff is pricey, but I have liked their other offerings.:fingerscrossed:

I needed grain alcohol for a new item to enhance the "neat" drinking experience.
    C2D1B85D-9F94-4AB0-BB1A-4F50107100A7.jpg
I ordered one of the new Nesh 2.0 Whiskey Chillers.

After 24hrs in the freezer @-5°, quite frosty.

After the 1st pass, about what you'd expect from whiskey stones.
    32D1F9F4-6916-4BAF-8B60-3012807D3780.jpg
After the 2nd pass, not bad. Probably as good as what you'd get from a good ice ball.:notsure:
    01A9A02B-25F0-4557-83C6-B86EEB1EEB7B.jpg
The third time's a charm; after the 3rd pass, which might be a bit too much for the chiller.
    33964777-AFE7-4314-A0B0-215DE9C8F20F.jpg
The Whiskey dripped out of the chiller very slowly on the third pour. Obviously, some of the whiskey is freezing in the chiller. For cleaning, the instructions say to use grain alcohol or vodka. That should melt any frozen whiskey and get the chiller ready for the next pour without leaving the taste of the previous pour.
    4018DDA6-A216-4BB1-8F21-BFAD3D94ACD0.jpg
The only con, so far, is the mess from the last few drops that take forever to come out and drip onto the bar. Good whiskey wasted.:frusty:

Also, after some previous discussion about alcohol evaporation of half-full bottles, I condensed a few of mine into smaller bottles last week.

How is it? I haven’t seen it in New Mexico - has been the one I look for specifically when I see MM.

Enjoying a sipper of KC12. Such a good pour! Had a Brooklyn Cocktail to start the evening off after a day of yardwork, tonneau cover install and a Mountain bike ride this morning. Loving the patio!

Been seven or eight months since I've sat down with a cigar. Able to enjoy it with some tasty beverages of course. These may be the best two bottles of Texas whisky that I own.

Reviews have been good. I'm a Maker's fan all around though, probably have more bottles from them than anyone else.

I have a BEP on the shelf but likely will not get to it for some years.

How cool…I see on their website they have a 14 and a 15. I’m originally a Clevelander…didn’t know about this place! Wonder where they source from for the older stuff.
