Not finding anything in the tutorial section. I know the pump uses ATF.

Yeah pretty much same as all the others. Get all the old fluid out. Fill with new fluid, purge line of air bubbles by left and right wheel movements to the stops. Check fluid and top as needed.

Has anyone tried using stop leak in order for their power steering to stop leaking?

I used Valvoline Max life for a year until I got my Power Steering Pump Hoses and Rack replaced, now I use Toyota ATF same price but no stop leak cause it's all new now. It helped but didn't fix the problem eventually I replaced the whole system.

Here is how I did this:

You need to be able to jack up the front of your truck and turn the front wheels lock to lock.

Get a 3/8 brass hose splice adapter and about 10’ of 3/8” ID clear hose. (Lowes) Also make or get a 3/8” hose plug. Also get a couple quarts of ATF DEX2/3 fluid. I used Valvoline Maxlife red bottle.

Remove most of the fluid in the reservoir using a fluid suction device. Put a rag under the reservoir.

Slide the hose clamp on the low side of reservoir out of the way.

Remove the low pressure hose from the reservoir and install the hose plug. Install the 3/8” hose splice adapter into the factory low pressure hose you removed. Install the clear plastic hose on the other end of the adapter. Run the hose into a suitable sized container.

Fill the reservoir with the ATF and turn the wheels by hand or use the steering wheel. After full one turn left and right check the fluid level and fill back up. Keep doing this until the fluid comes out clean.

If you accidentally run the reservoir dry keep filling and pumping, it will self purge. Re-check the level the next day.
