Just came back from an alignment from firestone. Long story short all of my numbers for my alignment were fine besides my toe. I was wondering if the black sharpie marks which I made on the tie rods were a good way to track and indicate any shift or movement of them in the future. Or were there other factors that I am not aware of that may affect my toe?

Marking control arm cams can sometimes track shifts in alignment but unfortunately here this won't track changes in toe.

Once that nut is tightened down it won't spin anymore and any changes in toe comes from something else

I see. So in the future if my toe goes off and those nuts haven't moved from their originally marked positions, the toe issue can lay somewhere else in my suspension?
