OP you should put the ~ travel #s in bold as well so that people who don't want to do the math can see the difference as well.

You always gotta spoon feed people especially those that don't know shit and try and act like they do or think they have an understanding of suspension etc. Gotta make it easier for them. Also unless this thread gets a sticky which I think it should then it'll get kinda pushed to the archives for few to see.

Sticky good technical info for those who are looking @Daria

The reason I didn't is because I don't know their actual lengths. I see different numbers in different places. But I know the "14.71" collapsed length that was originally posted here seems too long to work without extended bumps, and looks like a likely typo from from Wheeler's 14.17.

But also, other vendors say these shocks are shorter at extended length than what @Wheeler's Off-Road Inc says. Since I haven't personally measured them, I don't know who is right, and I don't want to proliferate possibly errant numbers: someone destroying their shocks on account of me posting wrong numbers would be an expensive mistake. o_O

... I have these shocks, so will measure them this weekend if no one can chime in before then with some authoritative numbers.

I know that the OME shocks are historically VERY short compared to all others. OME designed them this way in order to prevent the need to purchase other supporting mods in order to safely run them (like brake lines specifically). For these reasons - I think they’re a garbage option if you are trying to flex as much as possible

"For these reasons - I think [all standard length shocks] are a garbage option if you are trying to flex as much as possible." Fixed that for you. :p

OME are right in the the middle of the pack for their extended length, for shocks that are immediately swappable without installing extended bump stops. If we want to compare fractions of inches the OME's look longer than the popular 5100's, but not by any amount that matters. We are going to have a hard time getting more travel with any shock while using stock leaf springs.

I said I was going to measure the OME 60091's since there are contradictory numbers published but have been staying busy. Hope to do it tomorrow.

Sounds good to me. This is why I’m running b110 until I can get my shock relocation welded on.

So I reached out to Icon. They wouldn't tell me shock length but they did say the travel numbers when paired with the RXT leaf pack.
It's about an inch more than anything else due to the offset lower eyelet.
    "Hello,
Thanks for reaching out. Due to the nature of our shocks, the information requested is part of a proprietary design and cannot be provided. The RXT combination will fetch ~10.5" of travel at the shock."

That is some B.S. Nearly everyone else posts those details. Anyone who buys those could post measurements.
I eventually got turned off from their reputation, and I question the lower eyelet offset approach. Side loading the shaft/piston seems risky.
Ended up with the Bilstein 8100 series on all 4 corners. Very happy with my choice.
