It's goes to the air filter housing. Runs over the motor above the timing belt cover

Edit: actually I think the air filter housing hose is already in place. It either goes to the air cleaner or heads back under the ttruck toward the fuel tank

Start at your air box, find the nipple on the side of it, should be a hose attached if it isn't it goes there, if it is then the hose your holding is the vent hose. Runs down to a hole in the frame

The rubber gromet on the end of it def looks like the one that fits in the frame rail

The one in your hand is ########....that's no 4...
appears to be a dump valve......

    charco.jpg

Tomorrow I'll go out and see where mine dumps to...
I remember that long plastic straw that the valve(vps), dump hose and canister all combine..

Sorry I can't be more helpful....

Obviously the other draws off the intake on filter box....all the way across the engine bay.....
    ......that one is no. 3

on 5v there should be a steel tube that runs across the engine it taps into...
but sometimes that tube has been lost and they just used a long hose instead....

on 3rz that tube runs on top of the radiator.....

There's a little motor in that canister.....
.....if you ever spend some quiet time with your truck....
like doing the lower control arm.....you'll hear it buzz on and off every couple hours or so....

all that has to be hooked up right for that to work correctly....

After further study......It looks like No2 is the one from fuel tank...

    ...ops....

the other no4 goes to the vps valve.....whatever the heck that is....

I believe most hoods should have a diagram on it....

The diagram basically shows it Goes down than disappears I don't really even know how to trace it if it's through the frame
