As the title states... Truck starts fine and idles. If I reach down and press the clutch sensor with my finger it dies. If I disconnect the sensor I can drive it without issue, but I need to use the clutch bypass switch to start. Any ideas here?

    Pic for attention.

It was probably all the granny shiftin' & not double clutchin' like I should.

So it wasn't the granny shifting... turns out the A/C Amplifier Module being unplugged is the culprit. I don't have that fancy AC/heat or a blower motor, so when I cleaned up the unused harness I disconnected the module. While retracing my steps I figured I'd slap it back on to see if it was it, and sure enough.

If it fails and leaves you stranded, you can always disconnect the clutch sensor. Time to consult the wiring diagram.

After investigating more, it seems some idiot forgot to reconnect a large bundle of ground wires behind that sensor near the passenger door. After bolting them down I can remove the Amp Module again and the clutch sensor issue is resolved.
