Air vents smell funky after turning AC off?

    I don't know if this has been suggested, but try turning off the A/C as you approach your destination and run the vent on high to help dry out the winter and ductwork. This has worked for me.

    you should just be able to spray it into the end of the drain tube and it will get past the bend. worked for me when i did it last year. i think the best thing is to just use the a/c year around. you can use it with heat, it just helps dry out the moisture.

    i believe you can also remove the elbow but i didn't do it because wasn't sure how hard it would be to get it back on as it was kinda cramped back there.

    i'm also extremely sensitive to mold after living in an apartment with toxic mold for a few years. still haven't fully recovered from that many years later. i get visual trails like i'm on LSD sometimes... mold is some serious stuff. no wonder since T2 toxin is one of the most toxic mycotoxins and used as a biowarfare agent.
