I recently upgraded my radio to a kenwood hu. This setup is for anyone looking to add this nav radio with an aftermarket amp and/or speakers.

    Non-JBL
    Has 2019-2020 maps SD card
Entune (but you will need to register) not sure if it costs money to do that.
Does not come with GPS antenna.
Comes included with brackets for mounting and face plate. Faceplate has no broken tabs.
    $275 shipped obo

    AudioControl LC7i line output converter
    $100 shipped obo

Buy both for $350 shipped obo. Harness is now sold.

So I have an Entune radio but don't have the GPS version. This would be an upgrade from that I take it as long as I got the antenna for it as well? Any idea where I could find that or where it mounts on the vehicle?

If you have the entune with the HD radio, the HD antenna doubles as the GPS antenna. So it will be plug and play and you won't need the additional GPS antenna.

Awesome, I do have the HD radio. Is there a way to update the maps to 2023 maps do you know?

The map updates are through the micro sd cards. So you just need to buy the card with the latest update and put it into the radio. On the right side at the bottom, there is a cover that covers the sd card slot.

Tell me about the wiring harness…did you have it built or what?

I’m assuming the harness allows you to connect to the LC without cutting any of the stock wiring?

I made it myself. As you guessed, it allows you to plug in between the radio speaker wires and the truck and then runs to the lc7i. No cutting any wires. I try to make everything plug and play. It's 14 gauge speaker wire. There is a blue wire that I originally used for my amp turn on, but ended up cutting it because I ran a new wire. You can tap it into the red power wire for the radio if you need it active.

I’d be interested in buying the wiring harness. Still have my old stock radio sitting around or else I’d be jumping on the head unit too
