I was just searching all products for the tundra. But yes I am not on my game today. Wicked hangover from softball last night. Tonight isnt going to be any better either.

Safety first! Today is business league golf. So drinking starts at 2 and usually finishes at the bar around 10. Luckily i live on the course so just walk home from the club house.

So I was at the dealership getting my oil changed today.
I stopped by the parts counter to price out the roof rack rails and the TRD skid.
Guy behind the counter gave me the print out with the part numbers and cost, with a kind of wink wink, nudge nudge to look online.

Where is your guys go to for Toyota OEM parts? Is there a stealership in the valley that has significantly better prices?

 

I would avoid Camelback Toyota Online Parts. They went down hill. I now order from a dealer in GA. Same price as I was paying at Camelback even with shipping. I would search around online for the part numbers though.

Was on a work phone call when I read this and it took all my soul not to laugh in my customers ear

 

So, I’m going to service my transmission today. Im at 50k. I have enough to do a full flush but I’m slightly hesitant because of the old rumors of it causing issues with the torque converter. I don’t believe in this theory but I figured I’d ask everyone’s opinion before I send it.
Full flush or just drain and fill?

Edit: I should be more clear on the flush. It’s just a staged exchange out the trans cooler line until fresh fluid comes out.

Well as soon as you get all settled in to the new place you can pay more attention to it.

 

God why is lumber still so expensive. I am almost done with the drawer system for the 4runner. All I need is one sheet of 1/2 plywood. And really dont even need a full sheet. But holy damn its 70 bucks. I am going to bite the bullet and just do it but I just wanted to vent.
