I recently bought some 33x12.50R20 Nitto Ridge Grapplers and Vision Rocker 20x12 -51 mm for my 6 in lifted Tacoma. after installing them I noticed that the steering wheel vibrates I got the truck alignment done and rebalanced the tires. Any suggestions on what might be wrong

What tires and wheels were on it prior? Was it lifted 6" with those tires/wheels with no problems? Put them back on and see if it vibrates.
Did you put the new tires/wheels on at the same time as the 6" lift?

Sounds like you got some miles on your truck. Over time, the front LCA bushings wear and get loose-they aren't new anymore. With the larger tires you're going to feel any worn components easier than the stock tires, so, I'm going to guess that your bushings need replacement. Inspection may not show much but might. I would also suggest that your LCA or UCA ball joints could also be contributing to your wobble, but a fresh set of Whiteline poly bushings in your LCA might be something you could look into. Another thing you will want to look into is your front axle needle bearing; does the vibration go away when you put it in 4wd? IF yes, then look into replacing the needle bearing with the ECGS bushing.

@mizodh make sure that whoever installed the wheels and tires used an E/T lug kit. It helps to center the wheel on the hub.

    Two things to check,

    1. If the wheels are not hubcentric, make sure you're running the wheels with hubcentric rings.
    2. Use ET lugs if the wheels accept them.

If the vibration is felt in the steering wheel, it's one of the front tire/wheel causing the issue.

If those 2 items are taken care of and the vibration is still present, find a shop that offers road force balancing. IF that doesn't work then you probably have a bad tire even if it's new. If all 4 tires check out OK then one of the wheels is bad.
