    Thought I'd drop in and say hi. Last March I purchased a brand new 2023 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-Road and have done a few things to it. Been searching for info on various things and Google kept bringing me here so I figured I'd sign up. Anyways, here's a pic of my new rig.

    Yeah man, the whole purpose of this project is to be able to do as much 3 day weekend overlanding as I can. I own a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu school and am unable to take very much time off and getting out into nature is my favorite way to decompress and hit the reset button. So I figure with the right equipment, I can maximize 3 day weekends by overlanding. Tomorrow headed out for our first trip to the Jemez Mountain range our here in New Mexico. Then next weekend we're off to Truth or Consequences NM and on our way back to Albuquerque we'll take a ride through the Gila Wilderness to scout out some potential off-roading and camping spots. Gonna be a great summer.
