My dad gave me a Ruger P90 as my first gun. I don't remember why I sold it but I can't say I miss it. Years later he bought me a P97 that I still have. That was my truck gun for a long time. It's been replaced with a Glock 45 (9mm because Glock numbering is stupid) because 17 rounds instead of 8 rounds.

A 6" Ruger Security Six and a Colt Government model. I have since gotten another Security Six with a 4" barrel, but that 6" barrel balanced very nicely.

Only gun I ever got rid of was a CZ83 in 380. I bought it new in 1994. Showed my carry permit, completed the transaction, grabbed it to walk out to my truck, when my phone rang…wife was in the hospital due to the miscarriage of our son. A week later I took it back to the LGS and traded it for a high quality rifle scope for my CZ527. Too many memories attached to that one…no regrets…never looked back.

My wife and I went through a miscarriage before our son was born, that was tough.

When I found out my wife was pregnant with our daughter, my son and I were in a gun store :D

Mostly stock, just getting it to my liking, just happy to have had the taco and now my 4Runner.
Every one I have ever gotten rid of, rarely any that I’m glad to be rid of.

But the one, that will be on the wishful thinking list forever, was a beretta cheetah, new in box from a collectors wife after he passed, she sold them all to get rid of them, was just something about it, but I got nearly double what I had in at the gun show, so…

I have the 1894 Marlin in .357 magnum. It is my favorite.

I miss the most a Marlin 39A lever action 22 golden trigger.

I don't really miss any other gun I have sold.

I saw a 39A but he wanted 1100 cash. Didn't have it that day. Came back a few days later and it was gone.

Oh and I want to add that you can hand load .357 magnum for rifle use only. It cracks like a 30-30. In a pistol it goes foooofff and still burning powder scatters the bench. I figured it would but I wanted to see what happened.

Agreed, I love them with the rosewood grips beretta had, just made it a pleasure to shoot and look at.

So far…. Added fog lights swapped halogens to led’s, interior lights to led’s, bed lights added, led/strobe brake lights, trying to figure out the right leds for turn signals.

    working on it... :-)
Like others have said, pretty much every one I ever parted with.

The two that hurt the worst were my Benelli M3 Super90 and my .308 Galil. I needed cash to finance move back home from college. Also, S&W 617 22lr, 4" ...and an old Springfield bolt action .30-06 that had only 4 lands and grooves, and a sweetass double 'sniper' trigger (preset and fire). *sigh*

As dumb as it may be, the first gun I ever purchased for myself. a Uberti Cattleman, in .45LC. rosewood grips nice oiled looking blue frame shot sure nice, got it used for $250, but was new in box the owner before me shot it a few times and said it was really rough feeling, he wasn't wrong. id shot plenty of single action colts as a kid and knew it had something minor, opened it up and there were some rough edges on the trigger springs got a stone file and cleaned all that up. shot like a dream.
sold that pistol when my wife was in the hospital thinking that I might need cash in case I had to cover something, sold a bunch of guns at the time and that was an overreaction for sure. but of all the weird things I've sold. that pistol is the one i think about.

Nothing special about it, but had a Ruger 357 pistol...just never had time to shoot it...so traded it in 20g setup for my son...now I have time to shoot it and don't have it.
