    So, there I was, wandering aimlessly in the desert like Moses, when, for no apparent reason, my tire goes flat. Since Toyota saw fit to not give me a spare, but a glorified fix-a-flat “emergency kit” instead, I chose to hit the SOS button instead. They promptly sent out a guy to my rescue. He removed the tire and went into the nearest hick town to get it fixed.

    5 hours and a long nap later another guy shows up with a tow truck. Said the tire couldn’t be fixed and nobody in North America has that weird-ass size yet. So, he hooks up the Prius, doing some cosmetic damage to the front end of course, and tows it to the nearest Toyota stealership. Somehow, somewhere along the way, another tire managed to get punctured in the sidewall. They inform me that nobody in North America has that weird-ass size tire yet and they’ll have to order them. They called me a Lyft driver to take me to a motel. I walked to the closest liquor store, bought a bottle of Tito’s and stayed inebriated for 3 days until the tires arrived. So, now on with my journey…
