Need help -2019 SR5-Roll n Lock tonneau cover

HI everyone,

I currently own a 2019 Tacoma SR-5 and I recently ordered a Roll N Lock Tonneau cover for my truck. Well, I've been surfing the internet and ran across a couple of YouTube videos showing the installation of the roll n lock tonneau cover and it points out that if your truck has a bedliner you may need trim/cut the bedliner. I'm curious if any of you guys/gals, who own a roll n lock tonneau had to trim/cut the bedliner. Thank you
