Just added a kicker hideaway sub and it sounds awesome. The sub is a self powered one and its the best I ever had. I put 5 and a quarter speakers mounted in the rear. I highly recommend this sub!!

Hey man it’s probably been a while but I’ve read and re read and in your pictures I see that you have 4 wires ran to the stereo 2 per speaker what I don’t understand is what you did with the brown wire? The connector you have highlighted in your first pic has the sole brown wire going into small connector . So you cut the connector off ran the wires manually off the radio I counted 4 2 per speaker what happen with the brown wire lol . did you wire it to your stereo after you took pic with the 4 wires ?

Came with MGM topper. Added FJammer stereo. LED Bed lights on AOB Flux Capacitor Switch. Added AOB Spy Mode switch for TBD lighting, stay tuned.
Took some inspiration from this thread. Made my boxes too big, though. I wanted them at the edges of the cab, but those hooks are in the way on the passenger side.

So I moved them a little towards the center. Found some bolts that fit in those threaded holes in the back rail. (Stereo bracket mounting bolts from a Camry)
I worried about just one bolt in there, but they seem pretty snug. Tough to get a 10mm wrench inside the box.
Going to hopefully carpet them tomorrow. Planning to get 6ft of indoor/outdoor home Depot carpet for the bed, and should have enough left from that to cover the boxes.

Believe it or not the .250 wall 6061 aluminum plate & 1x2” rectangular bar was stitch welded by a friend and are powdered coated in flat black. It’s attached with 4 6mm & 2 10mm rib nuts in the back of the cab. I was going to install 2 more 10mm rib nuts but it’s solid as a rock. So the little Infinity 8” self powered sub kicks! My installer had to turn the sub way down as it overpowered the door separates!
