Hey folks, got a 2013 Prerunner. Just got back from a deployment. My wife had been driving the truck while I was gone and about 3 months ago she let me know that upon pressing the horn it did not work. But locking the Truck did make the horn go off. Haven’t looked into it too much but wondering if anyone has had this issue.

Hold the horn button down while turning the steering wheel, if it works intermittently then the clockspring is bad.

Check the horn wiring front of radiator.
While someone pushing horn button check for voltage at both horns with a multimeter.
No voltage then clockspring (horn button) or horn relay under hood fuse block.
Yes voltage at horns but no sound then horns failed but you have 2 so doubt both failed same time.
