Did the website search. The topics and posts regarding installing all aluminum radiators found mention of improper fits, needing edge foam seals, some were high quality, some were low quality.

From those that have purchased and install aftermarket all aluminum radiators, which brand did you with? Was the fit and details about the fit acceptable?

Also, it seems the oem radiator has single design, regarding aftermarket, are they all two or more rows?

CSF makes one specifically for our trucks now. I put one in last year - quality unit with perfect fit in factory shroud. I don't recall the model number offhand, but I do remember it's not listed clearly. Give them a call and ask to confirm.

Mishimoto makes one as well. I forget the difference in specs.

I have a CSF made for the FJ - before they released one for the Tacoma. No complaints

I installed the csf one in my truck replaced new thermostat and i cant complain at all lower engine temps on the truck as well being that I use the torque pro app for the truck and helps keep an eye on all temps.

I ordered an aluminum radiator for my previous Toyota truck from eBay. The fit was rough and it had a pinhole leak. A lot of wasted time and money. If you go for an aftermarket radiator, get a brand name one.

How much of a temperature difference do you think the CSF radiator made? There are custom PIDs for Torque Pro for ATF temp.

Have been checking the two radiators mentioned on each website.
Both appear to be similar design 42mm dual cores.

The warranty does differ, CSF at 2 years, but Mishimotos is lifetime. Anyone ever utilized the warranty?
Price is similar, with CSF a bit more.

Any other details anyone cares to add.

I noticed about a 15 degree difference on the CSF radiator

I would choose the CSF over the Mishimoto.

The thread about the release of the CSF has all of the data, if y'all haven't seen that thread. Pretty sure that @Roostfactor was the originator.

Comparing the FJ then later the Tacoma.
