I'm disappointed none of the 4th gen trims has paddle shifters like the Wrangler 392 or Ford Raptor. :cookiemonster:

I like the new Tacoma. One video said the rear diff is 9.5 I guess that's the ring gear. And disc brakes. Better to swap that rear diff in instead of aftermarket one. That is if you need that sort of thing.

    AC drain mod,
Rims turned out not too bad, cleaned, then sprayed Dupli-colour Bronze right on 3, then tried a self etching primer I had kicking around on the 4th one, to see if it holds up better, and see how long it lasts, but as of right now I’m happy with a $28.00 rattle can job.

I'm with you on this one. Only extra button/lever I need on the steering wheel is cruise control. Don't need to damn touch screens either. Give me actual buttons... Yes, I'm old, and yes, I miss my FJ :anonymous:

    it's quiet today.
since @Snail81, a couple others, and myself have SPC uppers and we all apparently need to change out bushings... Rock auto has the Mevotechs (2 sets) for $100 shipped. Though, i probably need a new bolt as well....
Anyone have the part number (i know i can google this myself, i'm stirring up community involvement!)

For anyone that needs new Ball joints, overland Outfitters has the SPC ones (upgraded) for $250 for a pair of them

Remove jump seats. Add dog platform. Add ARE DCU topper with camper mods.
I drove a Grenadier. The off road handling was unbelievable. But it's way overkill and wouldn't make a roomy camper.

Under Mevotech's name and not that fancy SPC xaxis one.

    https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog...6,3441741,suspension,control+arm+bushing,7532

    https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=5263068&cc=3441741&pt=7532

From what i can tell, these fit but i;ll know when they show up

My UCAS: (they are stamped SPC, not the weird Tube weld one which is Gen 1)

^Those Mevotech bushings are bonded-rubber, meant to replace the bushings in the OEM stamped sheetmetal UCA (and Mevotech's OEM replacement stamped sheetmetal UCA like this one). As far as I know, Mevotech doesn't carry any replacement parts for the reboxed SPC UCAs.

Just print flexures a la Formula One. Bushings are so last century.
