I like it, I may purchase it for my son when he starts driving in a couple of years.

Im all in for picking a model that fits a persons need. For instance this model may be best for fleet, small business, etc.

 

The double cab would actually work better but it doesn’t seem like it’s a ton of difference.If someone in the back is going to be bunched up either way I would rather get the ac beyond prefer the looks.

You realize that someone said that when the 2.7 4cyl came out, or the v6 4.0 etc etc.

 

Not sad, not true. just the nature of progress.

 

Yup....and time showed they were right about the 4.0 being the last reliable v6... 3.5 was a dud from 2016 til today

I've been complaining about the access cab having back seats that only get used 10% of the time rough estimate. For the past three years or more. That and no regular cab configuration. Xtra Cab is the compromise of both of those configurations.

 

I just pull out one of my access cab seats(really just a pad!). That way there is a place for a person to sit if needed. Not meant for long trips. Mostly used for storage. Lots of in and out on the doors of my access cab.

I need the 6’ bed and short wheel base.

I prefer Access/Extra Cabs. Not anymore if I could buy a 2024. I like the back doors on my gen 2.

 

At least in the USA that is their legal obligation.

 

Frontier, F-150, and Super Duty are the options now.
