Yeah kinda hard to ignore that one. Something must have set him off earlier to lose self-control like that.

 

Seems like Dallas and Canes forgot to show up.

Canes have been right there all three games though they lost, I believe they win game 4.

If they don’t, we’ll yeah, I’m breaking out an “Original Six” hankie outta my purse for some serious squalin’ and whinin’ about refs, dirty plays and such.

 

Well that was about as all around ugly as it possibly could have been.

 

Other fans hate TO but at least our fans don't pelt the ice with garbage when we're losing. Dallas is officially the clown of the league.

What I don't get is because they paid good money for those seats in the dumb fucks get up and leave second period because they're loosing.

 

No words for what happened in that game last night lol. What was the plan, to come out and lose the game as quickly as possible? That's what it seemed like, at least. Benn though, seriously what even is he thinking there? A captain. I just don't understand it. I know I'm biased towards Oettinger, he's 1 of my fav players and he's not been great in moments in these playoffs. I've been saying to my wife though, dude is young and they ran him 60+ games. He might just be mentally fatigued. Who knows. But there has been a downward pattern in his play, as the playoffs have gone one. I have to think that is part of it.

Not to discredit Vegas though. They did exactly what the wanted. Crowd energy was zero within a minute. No momentum and they basically took away any glimmer of hope Dallas had for gaining momentum, almost instantly...and it stayed that way, all game. Pretty amazing.

 

Also, Benn not talking after the game is weak. For a Captain, I think that's unacceptable.

 

I agree, but I also gamble he's hoping to sweet talk his way out of a suspension and didn't want to say anything publicly that could hurt him. It's selfish and not captain-like, but I get it if that's why.
