I have not noticed any increase in road noise at a steady 70 mph. Leaving on a 500+ mile road trip tomorrow. I was going to post a review after.

Very nice, Growing up seeing their SoCal warehouse always wanted to try them because they were local, they looked great and were priced better than most. Maybe when i move to 17" I'll wear Cooper rubber:)

Tires are handled great in wet pavement condition traveling at 80 mph and quiet. The only doenfall I can report is the weight gas mpg went down roughly to close to 18 instead of 20 on highway

Do these tires seem on the mushy side to anyone? I mean when cornering they seem noisy and I notice more body roll than with my Michelin AT3. I'm running 34 psi cold. They sure ride nice on the straight and narrow though.

I’d try bumping them up a couple psi and go from there. But new tires have a lot more tread depth and that tread flexes more than your old worn out tires.

So I have Cooper Discoverer AT3 4S on my truck. They’re SL rated in 255/75/17. What tire pressure are others with the same tires running? 29 (OEM pressure) seems a bit low for my 2005. I’ve tried the chalk test and I must be doing it wrong, because they always feel over inflated or under inflated.

Is 33 psi what you run?

No. I run mid twenties up to 31 psi, depending on what I'm carrying for weight. My truck is completely stock.

I had a set of these mounted recently, 265/70/17. I left the tire shop and immediately knew the tires weren’t properly balanced. I chalked it up to new tires and that they would settle in. I took my truck to the dealer for other maintenance and asked them to check the tires. They couldn’t get them to balance either, all four. I’m going back to the tire shop tomorrow to have them look at the tires. Hopefully I’ll have a positive resolution, but shame on the tire shop for even letting me leave on these tires
