If I’m in the mood, it does feel like a game to me.

I'll rather pay the higher gas bill going 80mph and cut my road time by 2hrs.

It tracks fill ups and miles driven. I have tmobile sync for tracking the drives.

I guess we agree then, I'll fly anything over 600-700 miles and measure my time travel time in minutes :D
If you speed from 70 to 80 mph, you'd have to drive over 1,100 miles to get there two hours early.

I pretty much drive anything under 1000 miles without thinking twice. I’m not near a major hub, so by the time I drive to the airport, park, be there an hour early, fly to somewhere to connect, I’ve already spent like 4-5 hours.

also I’ve found driving slower (near the speed limit) actually gets me there faster on longer trips as better mpg = less stopping. You can easily burn 20-30+ minutes every time you need to fill up and that’s a lot of time to try and make up.

    If it's stock, 2000rpms. A neat thing about the manual is that 60mph in 6th, 50mph in 5th, 40mph in 4th, 30mph in 3rd is all at 2000rpms.
