Tacoma is gone got a 21 Ram 2500 diesel no more being crammed or not being able to tow what I want. No more brake issues. The 86 4 runner I have is better than the Tacoma, it's old but still capable.

My Taco is the ugliest, slowest, most uncomfortable vehicle I’ve ever owned. Have a ball in that apartment building! Edit: if you put a slide in camper on that Bitch, I will hate you… forever! Post pics! Edit: Lance camper? Hmm 37946135-470F-438B-BE5A-EA1494DB64B8.jpg

Unloaded my taco for a 2022 Ram Hemi…. The overall driving experience is night and day. The 4th gen tacoma will also be 10x better than the 3rd gen. I suspect tacoma values are about to tank soon. I see ALOT of used ones listed for sale and the offers have dropped thousands in a few months on trade ins.

 It's truly amazing that some people don't think about any of these things before purchasing a Tacoma in the first place.

Suggestion: take it easy your first few times off road. You are used to a light pickup in the ballpark of 5000 lbs +/- . That diesel is MUCH heavier, is longer and wider, which will take some getting used to. My Taco is my daily and I switched it out for a day with the wife's Suburban and got into trouble in the snow because I didn't adjust/account for the added weight and reduced turning radius.

By the way, check out Carli Suspensions. I had a Dominator 3.0 on my 2009 Diesel Ram (I don't think they offer the Dominator any more -- they just do 2.5 level or 3.25 lifts and offer coil or bag options). Dudes that huck their diesels run Carli setups. Also: research the grid heater bolt failure (vid below). All 6.7L Dodges should have the Banks Kit to correct the grid heater bolt issue... seriously.... check yours now. Losing #6 cylinder and having to replace the engine because of a $0.15 bolt would be a tragedy.

    This post reeks of Boomerism.

Talking about “trade in value” of a mid size truck like it’s a stock/investment, and complaining about a midsize truck because you are mad that it’s capabilities are that of a midsize truck.

whoo boy enjoy your financed 2500 ram wagon.

I purchase a vehicle to pay it off and ride it to the wheels fall off.. not to restart payments, everytime I convince myself there’s something better out there. Pro tip my man, buy a vehicle to use it as a vehicle and not as some pseudo-investment practice.

People forget all vehicles are shitboxes destined for the scrap heap anyway.

On the topic of boomers, go easy on them...They're used to getting new cars every 14 months and buying multiple homes and being able to retire at 55. They went through a lot and are true heroes of this society. #NeverForget #Sacrifice
