CEL came on today...

My CEL came on today. Took it to advance to have it read and the fault was:

P0750 Shift Solenoid A Malfunction

What am I looking at here? Inside/outside tranny? How hard is it to replace?

 

The shift solenoids are internal, when you pull the pan off they are right there. They are held on by one bolt and one electrical connection. They are very easy to change and not that expensive if you buy them from napa. I paid 57 bucks for solenoid b, Im pretty sure they are the same solenoids just different location. When my solenoid went out I started getting strange tranny symptoms like shift points and starting off in 2nd. i printed the whole list and i keep it in my truck now
