Having an iPhone while driving you can ask Seri for you tests or tap the the icon on the screen, you don’t actually read the text or type , but you can still interact while driving. Some times Seri doesn’t or can’t hear a command. Well I’m done with this pissing contest, zippered my fly and moving on.

Looks comfortable. But I've heard that backseats in these are pretty uncomfortable as well.

P.S. Yup. A lot of dudes on this thread talking about the same thing.

I will echo others' comments - I am never a fan of the laptop screen. I would happily take a smaller screen that is integrated in the dash like my 3rd gen.

But other than that, I think the interior looks good overall. I like the 4wd selector vs. what I have now.

I like it too. But I already have the rear view mirror block my view a LOT. Now the gap between the mirror and the radio screen is even smaller. Im going to be running crap over whenever I make a right turn.

Are you sure? This looks like a base interior with digital gauges.

My biggest complaint about my 3G over my 1G is the hood is harder to see over, hard to gauge where the front end is, I tend not to pull all the way into parking spaces because of it. Feel like I need front camera, and used to have my CDL. Getting old I guess!

This is the Tundra, big screen doesn’t appear to impede vision. I like the big screen, be great for looking at the gps map while exploring FS roads.

That smaller screen looks so much better.

I’m not sure what I love more: the changes they made, or the predictable whining from the same sector :)

I don’t care about the back seat in a mid-size not being as roomie as a full size because…well…really?? I’m deleting the back seat anyway. I’m single & if I ever get married & have kids, the wife can get a family hauler. I’m picking up a TRD Pro & it’ll be my work truck. No sticky Cheerios and spilled milk in my truck, thanks.

Cool! What kind of work can a Tacoma Pro do? That bed is awfully small. Our old construction business even full-size 8’ beds were useless. Can’t imagine using a Tacoma as a work truck, definitely wouldn’t be my first choice for work or hauling kids.

    And that's why it's a mid-size truck, it's smaller for a reason.

Screen size is the new tire size for off road midsize trucks. Instead of 35’s, we get a 14, sticking out of the dash.

We’ll have to try harder this time. More threads. More discussion. More crappy aftermarket options.

The 14” would be fine if we could play porn on it.

Well you are comparing a full size truck to a mid sized truck what did you expect?
