I can't figure out what this clunk/pop noise is coming from my front end. It seems to present when turning and backing up, driving forward and back and hitting the brakes, or turning tightly. It often happens while applying the brakes sharply although it can happen without. I'm thinking it may be worn CVs but don't hear any binding or popping when the wheel is off the ground and spun and turned at any extreme angle. It also is hard to tell which side it is coming from, almost sounds like its coming from the middle of the front end. It all started after a really gnarly winter. So far I've replaced:
UCAs with JBA UCAs 20k miles
    LBJ OEM 20k miles
LCA Bushings Sonoran Steel 6k miles
Steering Rack brand new OEM 0 miles
Sway bar end links 1k miles
Shocks with OME 882's and Nitrochargers 20k miles

I've attached a video of the noise. Any help is appreciated, I'm losing my mind!

Sounds like ujoints or carrier bearing,
The double cardan joint is usually the 1st to go,
When did grease the joints and double cardan last?

That's a good call, I've been noticing a noise like a can full of coins coming from right below the rear cab window (right where the double cardan joint is located) when driveline is under load. I replaced the carrier bearing with a Spicer one in September. I can feel a tiny bit of play in the double cardan joint. I grease all the zerks every 5K miles. The PO used the truck to tow his pop-up camper trailer so I'm not surprised that at 235k the U-Joints are getting angry.

Do I assume correctly that you made the video while the truck was just standing? If so, that would rule out anything behind the transmission...

I was driving the truck forward and backward in the video with sharp brake pedal stabs

Agree that wheel bearings seem likely. But just to be thorough, I'd remove the skid plates and repeat the test. If the noise goes away, it's likely your front diff hitting the front skid plate, as a result of the front diff mount bushings being shot. Mine was doing exactly that and replacing those bushings solved the issue

    You might find this interesting...

My driveway is sloped down towards the street. I used to get a noise that's very similar to what I hear in the video. My noise began as soon as I replaced the brake pads with Genuine Toyota Parts in 2008 at 53,000 miles. If I let the truck roll backwards down the driveway a foot or so each timeI tapped the brake pedal enough to stop the roll I would hear a metallic "clack" sound like what I heard in your video. It just seemed to occur at the instant the truck stopped. I couldn't hear a thing if I let the truck roll forward and tapped the brake pedal. I think, but I'm not sure, that the sound was coming from the right front wheel as well as the left.

I turned the truck around and tested the brakes when the truck rolled forward. No noise. Hmmmm.

I removed the wheel and noticed that I could make the exact sound by removing the wheel and turning the disc back and forth by hand, but never found anything wrong with the pad installation. I noticed I could turn the disc a tiny bit before it hit the wheel mounting studs and that's when the noise occurred.

I drove it until I reached 103,000 miles in June 2020 and over all sorts of terrain without any problems. Just before I replaced the pads I verified that the noise was still there. After replacement... no more clacks, so I chalked it up to the bit of slack between the disk and the wheel mounting studs.

I bought my replacement pads at Advance Auto. The brand is "Advic" (part number N10101456304 ADVPS534 ) and the cost was $56.53.
