Welcome to my world. The vehicle traffic and atv/utv's are why I don't grade roads until after Memorial Day weekend. And yes, dispersed has gotten more active since covid but I see here lately it's falling off some. If you have decent Rangers and camp hosts/volunteers they'll make life easier, at least until the alcohol flows.

Smart man. I do have a few midweek campers during summer. They know I do the big brush removal and road work then but they're good with not having to put up with generators and drunks. Some will even go in and grab trash that got into the deeper brush after I've cleared it and gone for the day...and they haul it to the dumpster.

 

Outdoor dog jail complete, now my wife can contain the dog and me.

I’m hoping after a while most folks will go back to easier vacationing I’m sure rving will hit the spot for some and they will stay with it. But most folks buy a rv once and get out of it. It’s not everybody’s cup of tea. And after a while you do the math and realize it’s really not cheaper. But right now it’s getting harder to find a reservation unless you plan way ahead. And I like to get reservations at the main destination and wing it going and coming. If you get somewhere that you like spend some extra time but that’s getting hard to pull off anymore. I’m thinking more and more about a nice solar setup but I’m not sure this is the camper I want to do it on. But that would open up some more options as well.

1st thing that I checked, no such luck.

I drove the T4R to work today, I will deal with the Taco when I get home. I need to run it while getting a data livestream on the O2 sensor.

What groundwork was laid for this decision.
It’s a good one ,,,,,,,,

however,

 

Brought the tv out to the 3 seasons porch for the summer. Plugged it in and… nothing. Just a burning smell. It was plugged in and working in the room that I took it out of. LG 55” bought 3 years ago. So I opened it up and there’s not much in there. Just 2 small circuit boards. Found a burned capacitor on the power board. Ordered a new board for $54.00 to give it a try. Otherwise, I’ll have to bring out the, dare I say?, 32” dumb tv.

 

The thing I can’t figure out is people go RVing to “get away from it all” and yet they end up in a RV park 20 feet away from someone else..

 

That’s where national park and national forest campgrounds shine you have a little space. But what appeals to me is not having to eat out every meal and carrying my stuff in and out of a motel at every stop. But it’s not for everyone.
