Hey! I just ordered your kit. The high lift one. I'm wondering...

Could I install it with rivnuts instead of rivets? I doubt I'd ever remove the hood, but I like the idea of it being removable.

 

Bah, wrong forum, thanks search feature. It'll be on a 3rd gen, not a 1st gen

 

You could do that, some folks have used M5 rivets for the installation. I prefer the rivets, they hold the bracket nice and tight against the metal, and you can pretty easily drill them out if you needed to.
