Sleeper Platform, Drawer System, & Futon

I'm selling a home built sleeper platform, drawer system, and custom cut futon that was built for a 2017 with a 6ft bed.

This was about $200 in materials for the platform & drawers, and the futon was about $300.

There are a lot of details about the platform I could list, but I'm not sure which details are most interesting. If you've got a question, feel free to post it and I'll answer as best I can!

I also have a set of velcro-on blackout curtains to go on the camper shell if you'd like those as well.

I've got a hard requirement from the builder that it doesn't get chopped up and possibly underutilized in a short bed, so unfortunately I'm taking offers for long bed tacomas only.

wow, if this were for 5ft bed i'd snag it right away. any deets on the curtains?

 

You can see them in the images of the inside of the cab. For the side curtains, they run along the side windows and attach with velcro. There is a velcro strip that goes along the bottom of the windows to keep the side curtains up close to the windows.

The "front" curtain is slightly less blackout as it was our first material, but it does a good enough job because it doesn't need to block as much light. That one has velcro across the top, but not the bottom, since its not on an angled piece.

The "back" curtain comes with a bug screen that attaches with magnets, it velcros across the top of the rear door, and down the sides a bit. We like the bug screen so we can sleep with the tailgate and/or the back window open on warm nights.

All of the curtains roll up and get closed with a strip of fabric that velcros on to the top of the curtains.

I wasn't expecting so many messages from people with short beds for a long bed drawer system.

I got a hard requirement from the builder that it needs to go to a long bed. She cares that it doesn't get chopped up and possibly underutilized.
