    A growing list of stuff
    I am not so sure about the mass loaded vinyl, but as a pro shop, we would do the following for max level deadening:

    Outside door skin completely with heavy butyl deadener like Dynamat Xtreme or Noico (the metal that makes up the outside of the truck).
    Same thing for the inside of the skin with the speakers removed, and covering all openings to make it completely walled off from the outside. Cut out the panel fastener locations and speaker hole only.
    Same thing for the back side of the door panel itself. Then use foam or even trunk liner attached with spray glue to the back side of the panel.

    This is what I do as well to any other bigger plastic panels if you want to take your dampening to the limit.
